Some companies say they will “beat any price” but they want you to go find a competitors price first and make you submit that quote before they will entertain you with their “offer” They make you do all of the leg work so they can then offer you a price of maybe $10 less!! – Not us – we post our lowest price online for all to see.

Or you will see the ubiquitous “Our prices are too low to post online” – not true - They don’t post their pricing because they want to negotiate a price for you. You pay one thing and the guy down the street pays another. Sound unfair? We think so – our prices are posted here online – no need to scour the web to find the lowest price. No need to haggle with a salesperson about the purchase price. No guesswork and no hidden costs.

Worried about buying from a company that you found on the web?

We take the worry out of that too- you don’t pay a dime until your printer arrives. When your printer is delivered we will email you an invoice. Terms are net 10 days from day of arrival.

Why should I buy from you instead of buying directly from the manufacturer?

It’s the old “why should I buy through a middleman when I can buy from the big guy” One reason – our prices are significantly lower than what the manufacturer sells the same equipment for.

When you buy from us you get the very same product as if you had bought it from the manufacturer. How are you able to sell the same equipment for such a lower price?

Through our co-op buying group – the RSA – we are able to negotiate the lowest possible prices for the name brand products that others sell for hundreds if not thousands of dollars more than what we sell them for.

Does the printer come with a warranty?

Yes – each printer comes with a one year onsite parts and labor warranty with tech support.

Do you sell used or refurbished printers?

No - we only sell new printers.

What is the charge for shipping?

No charge - We offer free shipping on all printers within the Continental US.

Can you ship printers outside of the US?

No - but we can ship freight free to any freight forwarder within the US.

Do you setup- and install the printer to our network?

Yes -We offer set-up and network installs by a trained HP technician for a nominal fee.
